Working at CSX in the Imaging department is a job to remember. Being in such a nurturing and positive environment has made my goals more achievable. I know every question I have can be answered as fast as I ask. CSX is such a great company to have a summer internship. All the skills I have learned prepare me to conquer the work field.

As a third year participant, the United Way Youth Employment Program created many opportunities for me to empower myself, build business relationships and generate positive first impressions. Being in this program has shaped my path in the right direction. This positive workplace has increased the development of my character and built my confidence. I make it my responsibility to ensure my fellow interns are on the same track and that we help each other achieve our goals.
