Administrative Assistant – Corporate Engagement
The Administrative Assistant – Corporate Engagement provides advanced administrative support for the Director of Corporate Engagement and the Corporate Engagement team. This position directly assists multiple team members through functions such as administrative tasks, database management, online campaign set-up, complex mailings, detailed donor reporting, donor relations, and event assistance. This position also works in conjunction with Vice President of Corporate Engagement’s administrative assistant to support the team as needed.

The Marketing and Communications assistant position will provide administrative support for the marketing and communications team, in addition to assisting with Resource Development needs and special projects. This includes helping execute various strategies and plans to maintain effective working relationships with other departments.

This position manages administrative needs for the Volunteer and Community Engagement team, including database management and reporting, tracking and reporting volunteer management and CRM database, and assist with campaign logistics.
2-1-1 Care Coordinator
The Care Coordinator works closely with veterans and their families in need of comprehensive support services, and remains involved with those families to ensure services or support have been received. With more than 350,000 active duty, veterans and family members throughout Northeast Florida, the needs of this significant population are many and diverse.
Head of Community Impact and Strategic Investments
The Head of Community Impact and Strategic Investments is an entrepreneurial, innovative and visionary leader responsible for the organization’s design, implementation and management of a dynamic, and equitable impact and investment platform to support the vision and mission of the organization. The incumbent will lead and manage a high performing team to design high-quality community impact initiatives and drive results in specific cause areas including basic needs, financial stability, education, health, and innovation. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for the successful strategic planning, management and leadership of the organization’s internal initiatives and 2-1-1 call center. Working closely with the senior leadership, key volunteers, donors, and community stakeholders, the incumbent will build strategic partnerships and collaborations that drive positive community change at the individual, programmatic, and community level
