#JaxGives: United Way is a First Coast connector

Part of the United Way credo is to “change the lives of those who walk by us every day.” This is not anonymous or generic. It means helping children in Northeast Florida to graduate from high school. It means helping neighbors achieve financial stability. It means cleaning up the region after a hurricane. The United Way is part of the everyday lives of the residents of Northeast Florida.

United Way completes record-breaking “Summer Daze of Action”

United Way of Northeast Florida wrapped a record-breaking summer of school-preparedness collection drives this month as part of its first-annual Summer Daze of Action. The two-part Summer Daze effort included a ReadingPals Book Drive, June 1 through June 30, and Stuff the Bus, June 22 through Aug. 1.
