Guest blog post by Wells Fargo
At Wells Fargo, we believe that when communities grow, we all grow. That belief guides how we work, partner and invest to expand opportunity in Northeast Florida.
We’ve seen firsthand that progress is strongest when it’s shared. When individuals and families have access to stable housing, entrepreneurs have support to grow and people can build financial stability, the benefits reach far beyond any one person: they strengthen communities and local economies.

That’s why collaborations like ours with United Way of Northeast Florida matter. United Way brings deep local knowledge, trusted relationships and a clear understanding of community needs. Together, we can align our resources and efforts to be more responsive, effective and impactful.
Our approach to community impact is grounded in action and culture. Across Wells Fargo, employees are committed to making a difference by volunteering their time, sharing their expertise and supporting organizations creating meaningful change. In 2025, Wells Fargo and the Wells Fargo Foundation contributed approximately $278 million in donations, and employees volunteered more than 922,000 hours.

We also know that lasting change takes time. It requires sustained investment, collaboration and a willingness to learn and adapt. Together with United Way, we’re helping expand access to affordable housing, support small-business growth and open doors to financial education and workforce opportunities. These investments help build a more inclusive and resilient future.
What makes this collaboration especially meaningful is our shared commitment to impact. We’re aligned in the belief that when people have access to the right resources at the right time, the possibilities for their future and their communities expand significantly.
We’re proud to support United Way of Northeast Florida, and we’re committed to continuing this work together to create opportunities that help individuals, families and communities thrive.
