The Million Dollar Circle award celebrates those companies whose long-standing support and commitment to United Way has resulted in achieving and exceeding one million dollars. These companies focus on leadership, employee education and continuous improvement in their campaign. They are also recognized for overall excellence in leadership giving.
This is the highest honor presented to organizations that best exemplify the vision of United Way through their spirit, involvement and leadership during the campaign.
These awards recognize companies and organizations that have outstanding results in leadership giving. (Individual annual gifts of $1,000 or more)
This award recognizes an employee campaign chair who has gone above and beyond to lead their organization’s campaign for United Way. These individuals coordinate and organize the campaign within their companies, and inform their employees about the importance of their gift and how they are making a difference. (Based on employee size)
The Community Engagement awards recognize companies that have demonstrated excellence in volunteering and community engagement with United Way. (Based on employee size)

The Small Business of the Year Award goes to a small or midsized business that has run an outstanding campaign.
