An eligible household may receive assistance for rent or utilities, including up to 12 months of past due rent and utilities (plus an additional three months if necessary, to ensure housing stability for the household, subject to the availability of funds). Households must be re-certified every three months to continue receiving assistance.
The application review process will take several weeks to complete and is based on the order your application was submitted. 211 cannot provide any information or updates on your application. Please login to your Neighborly account at any time to check the status of your application.
For applications that were submitted please ensure that you received an email from Neighborly confirming your application was submitted. You may need to check your junk folder. Case managers are completing the review of your application and may need to contact you with questions or updates. Please ensure your phone does not block unknown numbers or you may miss important calls. Important updates may be sent to the email you listed in your application, so please frequently check the account and respond in a timely fashion.
