Heart to Heart with Heartland
Heart to Heart with Heartland is a series of interactive webinars available to any member of the community who is currently engaged as a caregiver to a loved one living with a terminal diagnosis or a disabling chronic condition. Your loved one does not need to be a patient of Heartland Hospice to participate.
The interactive sessions cover a variety of topics and provide education, support, and resources relevant to family caregivers including caring for a loved one who is living with dementia.

Let’s talk about Covid-19: Physician on the Frontline.
As a result of the current global health crisis, those who are providing care to loved ones are now experiencing a dramatic shift in what it means to be a caregiver. This webinar will acknowledge and explore the new challenges family members face in caring for aging and/or chronically ill loved ones in these uncertain times with Covid-19. Dr. Brian Stephens, Heartland Hospice of Jacksonville’s Medical Director, will be the presenter for this webinar.
Presentations are approximately 20 minutes with the rest of time available for questions.
Webinars are offered to the community for free and are presented using the Zoom computer application. Please send an email to jessica.wallace@nullhcr-manorcare.com to register and receive an invitation link to the class.
