CLIMB’s mission is to connect leaders across Jacksonville in order to identify, understand, and disrupt the roadblocks to mobility for Jacksonville residents.
As part of this work, CLIMB will be hosting an HR Leadership, Talent Innovation Summit on November 8th. This summit will be led and supported by the consulting firm McKinsey and Company and will focus on how Jacksonville can improve upon finding, developing and retaining local talent.
At the Summit, you’ll be able to hear from top retention and talent management experts and discuss solutions to the pain points of finding and developing quality personnel to fill open positions free of charge.
